Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal pastries and macarons, we are unable to accept returns for food items once they have left our boutique. For non-perishable gift items, we offer a 14-day return window provided the original packaging remains sealed and intact.

Verification Process
Our quality assurance team will review your claim to ensure it meets our standards for replacement or credit due to transit damage or quality concerns.
Return Authorization
For eligible non-perishable goods, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to ship the item back to our Paris atelier.
Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement of your favorite Ladurée delicacies.
